The Epic Six.

If you purchase the Epic tool by October 31st, 2009 you are eligible to receive a rebate for an exclusive six-inch die you can redeem through QuicKutz. In order to receive this product rebate you need to send QuicKutz the following:

1. A copy of your proof of purchase (receipt).
2. Completed mail-in rebate form.
3. The actual barcode cut from Epic box.
