The design may be created using an actual Sophisticate box that you have purchased or any similar box. Take a picture and mail or e-mail your entry to the address provided below. Alternatively, create a drawing of the design and mail or e-mail the drawing to the address provided below.
QuicKutz, Inc. Include with the submission on a separate page or separate sheet of paper, the entrant’s name, mailing address, e-mail address (optional), contact phone number, and date of submission. Do not submit an actual 3-dimenstional box as an entry. Entries must be received by 07/01/07. Entries become the property of QuicKutz, Inc. and will not be returned. By submitting a design, the entrant represents and warrants to Sponsor that the design is entrant’s own original work and that the entrant owns all copyrights thereto and has the right to authorize Sponsor to use and publish the design as provided in these official rules. One entry per household/address. The submission of more than one entry by any person or household/address will automatically disqualify the entrant and all submissions by that entrant or from that household/address. |
