Attach a page from the Sugarplum set to your page and you have a great journaling block. Here I stamped the lines on with a rubber stamp I have. But, if you don't have a lined stamp, you can easily draw the lines with a ruler and pencil too. I used felt brads to attach my journaling block to the page.
